Public Liability Insurance is required for all performers on our roster. You'll need to provide proof before receiving bookings.

I confirm I have valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million) and will provide proof upon request. * I understand that a backlink from my website to wedding-magicians.com is required before my profile goes live. * I confirm all information provided is accurate and I agree to the Wedding Magicians partnership terms. *

Partnership Terms

1. Media Usage
By applying, you agree to allow Wedding Magicians to use the media (photos, videos) and information provided to create a profile on our website and for marketing purposes to promote your services.

2. Fees & Commission
- No Joining Fee: It is completely free to be listed on our website.
- Commission: We verify availability and manage the booking process. We take a commission on each booking secured through us. The net fee payable to you will always be agreed upon in advance.

3. Booking Process
All enquiries generated through Wedding Magicians must be booked through us. We handle the contract and deposit with the client.

4. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to self-promote (hand out personal business cards or marketing material) at events booked through Wedding Magicians. You are representing us at these specific events.

5. Payment Terms
Invoices are paid by BACS within 28 days of the completed event (usually on the Friday following the event).

6. Accuracy
You confirm that all information provided in this application is accurate and you have the right to use the media supplied.
